Artists : Jocelyne Roy, flute / Michelle Yelin Nam, piano

Montreal flutist Jocelyne Roy, winner of the 2005 Prix d’Europe, is known for her sparkling and colorful playing. She is a graduate of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music in New York and appears regularly in concert both as soloist and with important ensembles. The young pianist Michelle Yelin Nam has won numerous competitions, including the Montreal Symphony-Standard Life in 2006, and has garnered highest critical praise. This Alberta-based musician also gives many concerts annually while pursuing studies at the famous Juilliard School in New York. Together on stage they promise to sweep you into their orbit with captivating musical experiences.
