Graduating with “great distinction” from the Conservatoire de musique du Québec in Montreal in 2002, he furthered his training during an internship with the Canadian Opera Company Studio Ensemble from 2002 to 2005. He has since gone on to sing at the Opéra de Montréal, the Opéra de Québec, Pacific Opera Victoria, the Vancouver Opera, the Canadian Opera Company, the Opéra de Rennes, and the Angers-Nantes Opéra. In 2009, he made his debut in northern Europe with the Lahti Symphony Orchestra (Finland), performing Verdi’s Requiem. He has since added other roles to his repertoire: Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi, a role he covered at the Metropolitan Opera, and Faust in La damnation de Faust, which he performed in Rennes, Nantes, and Gothenburg (Sweden). He has also had the opportunity to sing with the symphony orchestras of Milan and Victoria.
